I am upgrading my review from a 2 to a 4 star. They are difficult to work with sometimes but have always been professional. They are sticklers to “terms and conditions” and definitely ROI realtors and property managers but they are efficient and fair. I personally prefer organizations that are more “people oriented” that make exceptions and go out of the way to accommodate customers. However, they are efficient, have a good business and run a tight ship so I have swallowed my personal angst to upgrade my review of this well run company.
