Alterra Real Estate Advisors, working jointly with Ohio Commercial Real Estate, facilitated the sale of 175 E Main Street in New Albany, once the home of Noah’s Event Center. In February 2020, Noah’s filed for bankruptcy closing all of their venues across the country, leaving the owners of the property with a vacant building with no revenue in the throes of a pandemic. Aggressively marketing the property, Alterra was able to secure a buyer for the property.
