Tim Taylor joined Alterra in January 2011 bringing over 29 years of experience in commercial real estate with him, not only as a licensed real estate professional, but also as a developer and owner. Tim specializes in the office and land markets with Alterra Real Estate. During his career, Tim has represented Fortune 500 and 100 companies, as well as start-up companies. His extensive experience and knowledge of the Columbus, Ohio central business district enabled Tim to bring three underperforming office buildings, ranging from 200,000 to 400,000 square feet, to over 90% occupancy during a period of increasing office vacancy. Tim holds a degree in accounting from Tri-State College and was a registered investment advisor for over 15 years. Tim’s financial and analytical proficiency provides owners, investors and tenants additional assistance in analyzing the complexities of real estate transactions.
