Nancy Irwin joined the Alterra team in September 2015 as a Property Manager. Nancy comes to Alterra with over 15 years of commercial property management experience and has managed all types of commercial properties including medical, office, retail, industrial and flex office/warehouse. Nancy’s strong management and communication skills, knowledge of contracts, property accounting and tenant and vendor relations result in superior service and increased value of the client’s assets.
Nancy holds an Ohio Real Estate Salesperson’s License.
