Amy Petruskevich joined Alterra’s growing property management department in September 2009. With over 28 years of property management experience, Amy is responsible for the management of Alterra’s property management portfolio, including day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budgeting, monthly reporting, contractor supervision and other management projects.
Amy’s many years of working side by side with clients and her hands on approach to managing the overall physical and financial well being of the properties result in superior service and increased value of the client’s assets.
Amy holds her Ohio Real Estate Salesperson’s license, an Associate Degree in Real Estate and an Accounting Certificate of Bookkeeping. As an avid animal lover, Amy volunteers at the Franklin County Animal Shelter (www.franklincountydogs.com) and is a member of the Columbus All Breed Training Club.
